The Challenge
A cloud-native platform was preparing for a tenfold increase in user traffic. Existing performance tests covered only a fraction of real-world usage patterns, and the team had no visibility into how the system would behave under sustained peak load. Leadership needed confidence the platform would hold up before a major product launch.
Our Approach
TekMark designed realistic load models from production traffic data, then ran load, stress, soak, and scalability tests across the AWS infrastructure. We identified bottlenecks in database connection pooling and caching layers, worked with the engineering team to remediate them, and re-validated until the platform met its targets.
